Since 2018 we have trained, implemented, and audited alongside ministries, regulators, the police, and national laboratories. This is that work, told year by year, in real photographs from the engagements themselves.
We began in classrooms. Before a single system was built, we taught the standards themselves so that Ugandan teams could own the work, not rent it.
Our earliest work was training. We taught quality, information security, and risk management to hundreds of professionals across the country. Literacy came first, because no team can implement a standard it does not understand.
Training led to a new request from our clients. Now help us do it. We moved alongside institutions as they built their first management systems.
We supported National Medical Stores, the body that procures and distributes medicines across Uganda's public health system, in building the auditing capability behind a credible quality system. A reliable medical supply chain depends on quality discipline at its core.
An early awareness programme with the national health laboratory network, the start of a relationship that would run for four years across multiple standards.
A Lead Implementer programme in occupational health and safety, equipping practitioners to build safer workplaces by the standard.
We began running implementations from start to finish, and our work started travelling down funding chains and into national infrastructure.
We delivered an Integrated Management System awareness training and a roadmap for ISO adoption across the ministry, with a focus on its innovator funding programmes. Bringing quality discipline to funded innovators means public money is well governed and not misused.
A full Lead Implementer programme for the national health laboratory network, embedding a quality system its own people could run and defend.
We trained the Police forensic laboratory team to ISO/IEC 17025, both Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer. Forensic evidence stands or falls on laboratory competence, so this work reaches straight into the integrity of criminal justice.

Clients stopped adopting standards one at a time and began building integrated systems. This is where we found our strongest footing.
By 2024 the relationship had matured to surveillance, the stage where a system is no longer being built but maintained and improved year after year.
We trained the Ministry of Energy laboratory team to ISO/IEC 17025, both Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, strengthening the competence behind energy-sector testing and measurement.
We built the first AI-augmented professional services office in the region and put it to work delivering at a scale a small firm could not reach alone.
We supported the Revenue Authority's tax investigations forensic science laboratory toward ISO/IEC 17025 competence. Sound forensic science underpins fair and defensible tax enforcement.
A data protection awareness programme for National Medical Stores, helping a critical national institution handle personal data responsibly.
Work with the Deposit Protection Fund, the body that safeguards depositors' money, spanning awareness training and IT governance. Confidence in the financial system rests on institutions like this being well run.
In 2027 we intend to apply to become Uganda's first locally-rooted ISO certification body. The bench of consultants we have trained, the systems we have built, and the clients who have trusted us are the foundation for that step.
