The Programme

Train. Certify.
Get to work.

The Ambassadors do not disappear after the certificate. Our six-month Graduate Mentorship Programme prepares students and recent graduates for real roles, then a working Professional Membership Network puts them on live client implementations.

01

The Graduate Mentorship Programme

Six months of structured mentorship: classroom standards training, a PECB-recognised certification, then supervised work alongside our consultants on genuine engagements.

Who it is for

Students and recent graduates who want a real start in the standards profession. You do not need years of experience. You need the willingness to learn the standard properly and the discipline to apply it on live work.

Graduates step into roles such as:

Quality Manager Risk Manager Internal Auditor Compliance Officer Data Protection Officer Information Security Officer Document Controller Business Continuity Manager

How members are matched to live work

As client engagements come through the Business Development pipeline, members are matched to the parts of the work that fit their level and certification. This is the difference between a certificate and a career: you practise on real systems, under supervision, and build a track record.

Awareness training

Delivering introductory standards sessions to a client's staff so the whole organisation understands what is being built.

Gap assessment

Comparing a client's current practice against the requirements of a standard and documenting where the gaps are.

Process mapping

Drawing out how work actually flows through a client so controls can be designed around reality, not theory.

Internal audits

Planning and conducting internal audits, gathering evidence and writing findings that survive scrutiny.

Risk assessment

Identifying, analysing and treating risk to the standard's requirements, with clear documentation throughout.

The value proposition

"We train you, we certify you, then we put you to work on real implementations."

500+ active members [claim, to be confirmed]. Through our PECB Gold partnership, members connect to a global network of 900+ certified professionals.
